Job Description

We are looking for a confident Development individual to join an innovative NPD team. You will need to be a passionate food enthusiast with a chilled background. You will have outstanding front end concept skills and have the ability to interface with the retail customer as well as having good hands on experience in the kitchen balancing recipes, discussing blue sky concepts with the chefs etc. Confidence, pace, and of course, a real passion for food is critical. We need an experienced individual who can take the reins from the off as this progressive business are experiencing successful growth across both retail and other sectors. You will be given autonomy and freedom to operate in this fast paced, dynamic environment. Bakery or deserts experience would be a significant advantage.
