QA Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a new Quality Manager to be the senior technical person in the business with ultimate responsibility for product quality. Managing a small team of staff you will lead and develop the team to ensure product safety and the quality standards expected of our high profile retail accounts. This is a critical role to our business and you will need to be a self-starting, professional individual to meet the exacting demands of our customer base. You will have demonstrated true leaderships skills and be a motivator of others in a pressurised environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team are essential. You personality, gravitas and engagement skills are key to the needs of this post. We are a long established business with an excellent reputation in the industry and we need our new Quality Manager to grow and develop their role within the business as we grow in line with our business plan in the future. Experience of fruit or produce would be an advantage but not essential to the role, previous retailer experience is important.
