Technical Controller, Bakery

Job Description

Our client are a well known and established business who need a new technical controller to head up all technical and quality issues in one of their factories. You will be the lead TM for the site reporting into the Business Unit Manager for the business. The business has enjoyed progressive growth, which has resulted in the need for this position. You will ideally have a bakery background and have worked on the implementation of BRC and HACCP procedures. A confident and professional individual with the ability to work with the customer and manage site visits. You will have managed budgets and be a strong communicator with the ability to gain buy in across the functions at all levels.
