Commercial Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to work with the General Manager in this highly progressive operation. You will be responsible for the delivery of profitable sales growth across a number of new and existing accounts.
You will have control over gross margin, sales development and be heavily involved in New Product Development activity whilst managing a team of two.
We are looking for an individual with experience of food FMCG manufacturing, an appreciation of P&L and margin analysis and strong customer and category skills. It is essential you have a food appreciation and have a real passion for business and customer delivery.
You will be clearly focused on the maximisation of margin potential from products without compromising quality. You will bring a strategic approach to NPD, identifying products that play to the strength of the business whilst exciting the customers and consumers with new innovation.
You will be charged with the development and delivery of a strategic programme that broadens the customer opportunities for the products.
In this operation you will have the opportunity to work with different functions and disciplines across the wider Group covering procurement, NPD, marketing etc.
