Job Description

Senior level operational role within a major UK and international food group. Responsible for all aspects of the factory operation including production, customer service and profit delivery. The plant requires a new focus on Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to move it along the road of World Class standards. It is therefore essential that you have directly relevant experience from a WCM environment. You must have a strong influential leadership style, operating through your executive team reports across all functions. You will also have direct retail customer contact at a strategic level. You definitely need to be a results focused and action oriented person, leading from the front in a highly visible manner. This is a senior appointment and requires a candidate who can personally add value through their drive, commitment and ambition.
