Produce Technologist

Job Description

This is a diverse Produce Technologist role working with growers and suppliers. A desire to be associated with a business that values its staff as its most important asset will be seen as key. You will work closely with the Technical team, which will allow you to develop your own individual training plan. You will have had a relevant educational background, experience of the technical / agronomy aspects of produce and the ability to work together in multi-disciplinary teams. You will support the Produce Development function in both development and technical activities. You will contribute to the 'field based' Quality Assurance programme - supporting supplier development and audit processes. Your role will cover various projects within the Technical area. You will need to be flexible and be able to travel within the UK and on occasion abroad.
