Executive Pastry Chef required – roles like this one don’t come around very often!

This is a fantastically exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and talented Pastry Chef to become a product champion in the food manufacturing sector.  We are seeking a special individual who possesses an exceptional Pastry / Patisserie background who will be able to deliver the WOW factor to an exciting product category – chilled desserts.

We require a high energy individual who will champion, and challenge, inspire, and innovate, inspiring colleagues and customers, possessing a dogged determination and inner patience to explore and look at things differently from core to special occasion products.  You will be encouraged, and will encourage others to push boundaries and back this up with skill and technique.  You will work with suppliers, challenge on innovation and ingredient versatility, not satisfied to compromise, yet retain a strong commercial awareness!

Only exceptional Pastry / Patisserie individuals will be considered for this role – those with a proven track record of quality and delivery and a strong team ethic – this role is not for the faint hearted you’ll need to be a true professional with presence.
