Production Team Leader

Job Description

Based in this fast paced leading food manufacturers you have responsibility for effectively managing your process and team to produce the agreed quality product ensuring service level and company targets are achieved and continuously improved. You will also be manage labour & materials within your given area and ensure all procedures are followed. Make sure that all finished product satisfies the customer's specifications and all quality & technical documentation meets customer and company requirements. Implement and maintain improvement of the GMP ensuring all H&S procedures are adherence to. The ideal candidate will have experience within a food manufacturing environment but more importantly is their enthusiasm, ambition and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Shift patterns are on a 12 hour day or night, three on three off basis.
