Interim QA / Sensory Manger

Working with this luxury Cookie Company, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim QA Manager for an 8-12 week contract. The overall role of the successful candidate will be to manage the third party production from a QA perspective for our client with responsibility for delivering a high quality short shelf life product. Essentially this is a hands-on role and requires a pro-active approach to quality issues, particularly organoleptic issues. You will be responsible for the sensory testing of products including moisture contents; consistency issues and cooking times so will have solid previous experience in a similar sensory role. This contract is for an immediate start.
