Job Description

Our client is a chilled food manufacturer, seeking an Engineering Manager who will manage a large team of engineers, with responsibility for maintenance and projects. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have full responsibility for developing engineering strategy, to deliver maintenance-engineering, facilities management and continuous improvement, whilst creating a safe working environment. The Engineering Manager will have budget responsibility and with experience of TPM, capex project management, continuous improvement and OEE. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of Best Practice Engineering, chilled food manufacturing and people management.
