Job Description

This blue chip business is looking to appoint a number of Product Quality Inspectors. Your remit is to inspect and evaluate a wide range of goods including fresh produce in the supply chain depots to ensure quality standards are met on every occasion. You will ensure that the requirement of relevant legislation, company specifications and corporate procedures are met. You will work closely with depot and retail store management teams to ensure compliance across product quality standards. In the future, where appropriate, you will be involved in coaching store colleagues on product quality and work with retail management teams to develop better understanding of quality issues. You will ideally have a minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing, technical or retail role, a passion for product quality and the ability to work within a fast moving environment. Competent IT skills required.
