Production Supervisor, Night Shift

Job Description

A thriving chilled food manufacturing business is seeking to appoint a Production Supervisor to manage a night shift to accommodate an ever swelling order book. You must have experience of managing people and be able to provide clear leadership and communication skills to help your team meet, and exceed, its targets. Exposure of operating in a food manufacturing environment is preferred; if not, then at least within a FMCG environment which operates to defined key performance indicators. Careers have been developed well within this business.
