Hygiene Manager

Job Description

You will be responsible for a team of Hygiene operatives reporting to the Hygiene and Systems Manager. You will ensure that a safe working environment exists for all employees in the Hygiene function as well as ensuring that all cleaning standards are maintained at agreed levels. Your remit will include carrying out audits, timely investigation and remedial actions into all specs, keeping and updating of all schedules / procedures and ensuring all practises are enforced to maintain highest possible end results. You will ensure that department KPIs support business requirements and that KPIs are clearly communicated and understood by your team. You will take ownership of systems to drive Continuous Improvement and will steadily improve and drive improvements in performance. It is essential that you have had previous Hygiene supervisory experience, have cleaning and auditing knowledge and have experience of delivering highly effective cleaning schedules in a fast paced business environment.
