Insight Manager

Job Description

As Insight Manager you will bring consumer and customer insight to the business. You will develop systems and procedures that ensure the business is proactively understanding future consumer trends for both brands and own label products.

Utilising data resources, focus groups and a wide array of consultancy support, the incumbent and their function will be a guru of all relevant categories and competitors and this knowledge will be interpreted and presented into living relevant information that will be understood and acted upon by the NPD, Commercial and Marketing teams.

This is a senior position, therefore it is essential you have: -
·A proven knowledge of UK retailing and manufacturing in an FMCG sector.
·Total understanding of all insight channels and how to derive most completive advantage from them.
·Strong business acumen with demonstrable appreciation of the broader business agenda.
·Strong financial appreciation.
·A credible track record with the major retailers at relatively senior level and outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing the development of strong business relationship within and outside the business.
