We are looking for a Purchasing Dairy specialist who will be able to drive the dairy category forward with specific focus on liquid milk, concentrates and powders. We are looking for an individual with a wealth of purchasing experience in the sector preferably covering Western Europe. This is a real opportunity to be seen as the business expert and deliver sizeable business competitive advantage.

To be considered, you will have purchased dairy or associated bi products and have a proven commercially focused approach to the procurement function. You will understand the nuances of the dairy trade and understand when to trade, develop partnerships and to play the markets.

Equally important in the selection process is that we find an individual who will help develop best in class standards of buying across the broader discipline within the operation.
