Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business to Business Development Manager to help guide the development of and then deliver the strategy to grow non retail sales.
You will help identify the market opportunities, and start the process of nurturing and growing turnover of these accounts. We are looking for an individual with experience of food FMCG manufacturing, an appreciation of P&L and margin analysis and strong customer and category skills. It is essential you have a food appreciation and have a real passion for business and customer delivery and a demonstrable track record of delivering business in a similar role. You will be clearly focused on the maximisation of margin potential from products, identifying products that play to the strength of the business whilst matching customer needs. In this operation you will have the opportunity to work with different functions and disciplines across the wider Group covering procurement, NPD, marketing etc. This is a great business with a real passion for delivery and innovation.
