Job Description

In this highly progressive and ambitious organisation, you will be joining a new team in a new facility. Managing a shift you will set the standards and be a leader in the delivery of operational excellence.

You will be focused on the delivery of cost reduction, quality, service and people performance targets within the area controlled by the job. You will lead, direct, motivate and performance manage individuals and the team as a whole and drive and implement continuous improvement and sponsor change.

The organisation is very keen on the attraction and motivation of talented individuals. Their objective is to recruit senior managers of the future.

As this is a new facility, you really will have a major say in influencing how the operation works, and how it would be culturally defined.

Educated to degree standard with a good level of numeracy and literacy, you will have a progressive track record of production experience in a management position, preferably within an automated FMCG environment.
