Job Description

Our client is a major player within the FMCG Food and Drink manufacturing sector that is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager based in the London or M25 area, to oversee their CI initiatives and assist with the empowerment of site personnel.

Having successfully embarked on a lean programme they now wish to sustain the initial impetus and enthusiasm via the recruitment of an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager who can ensure that the CI journey is kept on track and that standards are challenged and raised throughout their process.

Ideally you will be a 'hands on' FMCG experienced Continuous Improvement Manager with Shift Management experience who will have both bundles of enthusiasm and excellent influencing skills to facilitate 'buy in' from both your peers and shop floor personnel.

This Continuous Improvement Manager role based in the London area is a high visibility role within the organisation that will offer a very good route into further career progression within the group.
