Job Description

Our client is the largest and one of the most progressive food manufacturing businesses in the Middle East. They have an enviable reputation for business and people development, and are growing and expanding rapidly. Their Capital expenditure budgets are significant and as a consequence they are building another new manufacturing facility which requires a Factory Manager to run it.

Managing a highly committed team, you will be accountable for the final stages of commissioning, the setting of standards the development and implementation of all processes and procedures. The individuals we have placed in Saudi Arabia over the last year report back that the roles they are fulfilling are fast paced, challenging and ultimately rewarding. They also report that the lifestyle living conditions are excellent as are the friendships they have developed. Frequently they will recount the great bit of business they are developing or the new learning they have gained, and then tell us all about their weekend on the beach or scuba diving or dessert trips.
