Are you an experienced NPD Chef who is a genuine ‘foodie’ who can back up food knowledge with culinary technical ability possessing the vision and foresight to develop cutting edge products. This is an exceptional role and will require a true focus and food knowledge to deliver and meet business and customer expectation – a real challenge yet exciting.

Working for a major blue chip company, this role demands a combination of creativity and commercial realism. Dealing with the most prestigious retail customer, you must have proven experience of working in a similar position; exceptions will only be made for those who can demonstrate exceptional food values and understanding of the demands of NPD.

Required

·         Exceptional food knowledge

·         Previous experience of an NPD environment

·         Able to inspire and motivate others

·         Awareness of current and emerging food trends

·         Ability to build strong trusted relations with colleagues and clients

·         Able to develop leading edge products, commercially competitive

·         A meticulous eye for detail

·         Good IT skills

·         Car driver essential
