Senior Development Manager

Job Description

As a Development Manager are you ready to take on more accountability playing a major part in driving an already successful business forward? Is project management a strength, are you able to strengthen customer relations, working together further developing existing clients and nurturing new? Our client is looking for an energetic gusty individual who will be able to nurture and support the NPD team assisting in co-ordinating projects managing customer expectations and liaising internationally. You will be able to have an impact and influence, which is certainly not autocratic.

You will need to be/have:

A supportive leader - providing clear direction whilst allowing others to achieve and make decisions for themselves

Strong food values and knowledge - provide culinary inspiration yet receptive to others ideas

Commercially sensitive

A proven track record of delivery with major retail clients

Able to identify gaps and explore new opportunities to further develop and grow the business

Patience and tenacity

A flexible and resource work ethic, a major contributor who can influence at all levels cross functionally

Able to travel Internationally on a fairly regular basis
