Quality - Health & Safety Manager

Our client is amongst the industry leaders in their field and operate in an extremely fast paced and seasonal food environment, where the demands are high and the pace relentless - they are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can take this in their stride! Having worked in a technical capacity within a food manufacturing environment, you will be proficient in implementing quality and food safety systems, micro swabs and results and have a proven background in maintaining BRC standards. Alongside the technical aspects of this role, you will hold responsibility for Health & Safety and Environmental standards throughout the site and will ideally have NEBOSH or IOSH as a minimum. Your role will take a different route out of season, when the emphasis will be on building systems and standards, CI and ensuring that speed and quality can be excelled in the coming season. This is an extremely hands on role with high demands on your ability to really drive quality and safety throughout the site so you will have solid influencing skills and a track record in gaining the 'buy in' of your colleagues.
