This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading chilled bakery and desserts manufacturer. We are searching for a customer focused Senior NPD Manager, with an evident passion for food, who can inspire and lead product technologists and chefs. You will play a pivotal role in taking control of new product innovation and concept development for leading high street retail customers, and building strong working relations through delivery of inspirational and cutting edge products - pushing boundaries, maintaining high standards and identifying new opportunities to grow the category. We would like to see candidates with a proven track record of consistently delivering beyond customer expectation with the ability to lead a team internally who will really get to grips with their customer and business needs. You MUST have previous desserts experience.
