As Technical Manager you will develop and maintain quality systems and people across 6 manufacturing sites to ensure all products meet quality, food safety and legislative requirements. Coordinate and manage the activities of QA personnel. Ensure compliance with: International & National Codes of Practice, the companies quality management systems, and International Best Practice Benchmarks. Whilst ensuring raw materials and finished products are assessed and meet defined quality and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have Degree in Food Technology / Science or equivalent, with working knowledge of maintaining and developing risk assessment, safety and quality systems in food industry, preferably chilled foods. Experience in managing and developing a technical team of people and influencing other teams in the need for food safety and quality and experience in a related role within the food industry.

Attractive salary package circa £45k
