Our client has a blue chip reputation with multiple sites, within a fast paced food manufacturing environment. They have embarked on a First Line Manager (FLM) development programme and have defined a new benchmark for FLMs.

We are looking for progressive First Line Managers who have significantly more potential to be promoted within the Division -"the Site Managers of the future".

 

Candidates must demonstrate a positive trajectory in their career path and be seen as on the way up. In summary, this opportunity is to raise the standard of FLM's within the Division, drive best practice, deliver operational improvements/OEE/Cost Reduction and deliver strong motivational leadership to the team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Manufacturing experience eg SIC, Lean techniques

•  

   

• High standard management

•  

   

• Retailer/BRC audit knowledge

•  

   

• Leadership and Coaching skills

•  

 

You will have experience of managing small highly skilled shift teams, in terms of people development and production optimisation. The ideal candidate will be analytical with good numerical skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams. We are looking for Manufacturing and Engineering Graduate calibre candidates.
