HR Manager - Manufacturing

Job Description

Working for a blue chip FMCG group of companies, you will report directly to the HR Director. Head office based 2 days a week the role is regional/multi site based, providing generalist HR Manager support to manufacturing operations. As the HR expert you will provide HR expertise, direction and guidance to the management team in all key HR areas on a strategic, tactical and operational level. You will have a track record of HR management experience, a full HR toolkit, preferably CIPD qualified, with experience of operating within a fast paced manufacturing environment. You will have well-developed influencing and persuasion skills, a proven track record in relationship building and a strong communication ability. The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background.
