Technical Graduate - Fresh Produce

Job Description

This role will really kick-start your career in the food industry, working for one of the largest UK prepared vegetable suppliers! And it will give you a true taste of the challenges faced within a dynamic Fresh Produce environment as your role will be to help manage the quality and technical standards of a range of produce categories for the major multiples. This will entail ensuring compliance with all customer and corporate standards to assure product safety, legality and consistency across the ranges. You will be liaising internally on a regular basis with Commercial, NPD and Operations departments, and externally with customers. You will need to have the personal drive, determination and ambition to make a real difference and, ideally, be a food or agronomy degree qualified individual. Alternatively, you may have some experience of working in the fresh produce industry in either a Technical or Agronomy based role.
