A totally operational role as the site is purely a cost centre. Hence, the emphasis is on manufacturing not commercial and requires an individual who can manage operational detail and reshape the business, with a degree of investment, for the future. Would suit a GM with presence but a hands on style of leadership, who combines workforce stability with an approach to always challenge the status quo and strive for operational improvements.
