Development Technologist

Job Description

A Development Technologist is required for this leading chilled food manufacturer based in Scotland, to work alongside the NPD and Commercial Managers for one of the company's top account. You will be responsible not only for sample making and optimising existing products, but also for generating new concepts and taking them from brief through to launch, working with the process team to ensure smooth delivery through the factory. The role will also entail ensuring supporting documentation is tracked and accurate. If you have your finger on the pulse of food trends and want to flex your innovation skills, this is an excellent opportunity. Past involvement in the critical path of food NPD is essential as are good communications and project management skills.
