Back Shift Manager

Job Description

This highly successful chilled food manufacturer, based in Central Scotland, is looking for a Shift Manager to manage a team of operatives in a busy production environment. It is looking for someone who is experienced in operating in a KPI environment and in driving continuous improvement through a team approach. Whilst food manufacturing exposure is not required, a background of working under the constraints of cost, hygiene and quality is - with H&S being paramount at all times. Working with other Shift Managers, you will challenge and improve existing processes to achieve good manufacturing practice.
