Job Description

Looking to develop your own potential by taking on a role where the opportunity exists to deputise for an HR Manager and mentor less experienced staff in the team? If so, in return you will need to be able to provide a comprehensive and generalist HR service to a busy manufacturing facility. Ideally in your second job since graduating, you will have a track record of implementing policy and procedures and advising on HR issues, preferably in a change management environment. This will include influencing departmental managers on HR policy compliance as well as advising functional managers to a senior level in a Business Unit. HR is about adding value to this business operations so a self-motivated and inspirational approach is required.
