Process Technologists

Job Description

You will need to be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the chilled food development path from either an NPD, process or production view point to be considered for this role. Your remit will be to progress approved recipe projects through the factory process to achieve launch timescales as well as cost, which will entail a close working relationship with the NPD, technical, engineering and the manufacturing teams. You will also be responsible for collating key information such as process yields/losses to ensure the most efficient and cost effective methods are deployed.

Interpersonal skills are critical in this role as not only will you be required to coach and influence the manufacturing teams to achieve a 'right-first-time' operational approach to each new product but you will also be liaising directly with the customer, one of the country's top food chains.
