Technical Manager

Job Description

Our client are a well known and established bakery business who need a new technical manager to head up all technical, quality, hygiene and training issues. You will report in to the Group Technical Manager working closely with NPD and QA. You will be a natural influencer and communicator. The pace is fast and your background will have enabled you to operate effectively and professionally in this high-speed environment. Ability to prioritise and manage your workload i.e. excellent organisation skills is critical to the role.

The business has enjoyed progressive growth, which has resulted in the need for this position. You will ideally have a bakery background and have worked on the implementation of systems and procedures.
