After winning an initial major order within this area the client need someone who is well networked with a bank of relationships and understanding to take the business forward. With a successful track record in food service they have made the necessary step changes in the business to move into retail but it is time to bring in an expert who will make all the difference. A background with the one of the retailers mentioned above is essential along with fresh or chilled experience (meat, fish, poultry).
