Job Description

This company is looking for an outstanding Shift Manager to join a progressive site in the Lincolnshire area, near Peterborough. This is a chilled food manufacturing site where pace and personnel drive play a key role in this environment. As a dynamic individual you will have a good understanding of continuous improvement techniques and how to apply them. You will have experience of managing upwards of 50 people. You will have full support of your team together with a considerable level of autonomy and the opportunity to really "make a difference". A high degree of coaching and encouraging of people is required through the training and development of their skills. You will have good IT skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels. This role needs a shift manager that will deliver sustainable results.

Days Based role on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
