Operations Manager (shift based)

Job Description

This client is looking for progressive and can do managers that can drive change and motivate the shift management team. You will be responsible for a manufacturing unit with accountability for a 24/7 chilled food operation. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of managing day-to-day operations from goods-in to despatch, running a manufacturing operation and providing leadership to a large workforce. Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Production Manager in a chilled added value environment would be a distinct advantage. You must demonstrate the ability to get buy in from the team, encourage idea generation and most importantly - deliver results. An experienced and successful production professional, you must have the drive, determination and resilience to make a real difference. Educated to a minimum of A level standard you will have the ability to analyse performance information and manage by KPIs.

The shift pattern Sun - Thurs Days 7.30 - 3.30pm
