Shift Production Manager

Job Description

This site is looking for excellent Shift Managers to join their existing team working in a large chilled food organisation. You will have proven experience of working within a food manufacturing environment ideally chilled. You will have working knowledge of KPIs and how to drive improvements. You will be encourage and develop team working and support individuals training requirements. The site is looking for a competent Shift Manager with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate a large department of up to 50 manufacturing operatives. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Good numeric and problem solving skills

Shift Pattern

40 hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday alternatively Sunday to Thursday - to be discussed at interview. 6-2pm or 2-10pm
