Job Description

This Food Manufacturing site is looking for candidates with either chilled food or bakery knowledge to take up the opportunity of Night Shift Production Manager. The site has excellent quality products and supplies leading Retailers. Your day to day responsibilities will centre on delivering agreed KPIs and continually reviewing and implementing improvements within process to support the overall manufacturing strategy. The site has systems in place for measuring and monitoring performance and they are looking for candidates that can review the data and prioritise day to day projects and also longer term goals to gain greater efficiencies.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate a large department of manufacturing operatives. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Good numeric and problem solving skills are essential.
