Job Description

This Food Manufacturing site has an excellent reputation for retaining and training their staff and has built up a good team ethos. This is an exciting and progressive role and the site is looking for a candidate that has the ability to continual develop their teams. Your day to day responsibilities will centre on delivering agreed KPIs and continually reviewing and implementing improvements within process to support the overall manufacturing strategy. The site is looking for a competent and positive Production Manager who ideally has exposure to chilled food together with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate a large department of manufacturing operatives. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Good numeric and problem solving skills are essential.

Shift pattern 6.00am-2.00pm Sun - Thurs
