Food Product Manager

Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Food Product Manager, to project manage from brief through to launch working closely with an international supply base you will need refined and patient communication skills to ensure that development is not lost in translation and agreed parameters are adhered to. You will be accountable for concept innovation delivering new ideas and relaying these to highly skilled development and production teams accurately managing associated paperwork. You will manage the process from brief through to launch ensuring the agreed critical path is followed becoming the real driver. You will work with suppliers of raw materials and be accountable for packaging and art work liaising with technical. This is a customer facing role and as such is vital there is a previous track record of strong relations with leading retail clients, with an understanding of their demands and how to work with them to deliver confidence. A food graduate calibre individual with an absolute minimum of two years food industry experience is essential. Car driver vital as is the ability to be able to travel overseas on a fairly regular basis.
