Group Food Innovation Manager

Job Description

Group Food Innovation Manager required for a highly successful chilled food manufacturing organisation with a diverse product portfolio. To fulfil this role you will need to posses the highest food credentials, be resourceful and flexible in your approach, able to demonstrate a proven track record of leading and delivering innovative results working with and expanding on the companies core competencies. You will be expected to be the culinary guru who will drive, inspire and educate across all product categories raising food standards and awareness keeping each division ahead of current and emerging trends, exploring new ingredients, methods and technologies. Accountable for delivering results on specific projects yet take an integral part of delivering the development and innovation strategy. You will be tasked to further develop and expand your own food knowledge test and update attending food seminars and study tours that will benefit the business - you will need to be a results driven product developer able to add value cross functionally. Accountable for managing a small team directly with responsibility for supporting and further developing site specific NPD team leading innovation workshops. Car driver essential. Based Cambridgeshire or Yorkshire.
