Process Development Technologist

Job Description

A fast paced chilled and ambient food manufacturer requires a Process Development Technologist to support the Process Development Manager in development process activity through to the critical path stage. You will work closely with production teams to plan and carry out product trials or launches and undertake necessary activities in the pilot plant for process and product evaluations. Must have bakery, cake or desserts experience and a good track record with a major retailer with working knowledge of HACCP, GMP and hygiene systems.
