Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be accountable for all technical issues with key UK retail customers. You will work closely with internal colleagues as well as those in the central team to drive technical performance across the customer accounts in this fast paced, high-risk environment. You should have a broadly based technical experience, and be confident when liaising in a front-line role with customer personnel.
