Technical Assistant

Job Description

This is a broad ranging technical role working closely with the Technical Controller. You will have a wide technical remit throughout the factory working on quality assurance, raw materials, process technology and food safety issues. To be considered you must have a proven track record in a technical management role in fast moving food products - preferably those manufactured for major High Street retailers such as M&S. You must be able to deputise when necessary and lead the small technical team on occasion.
