This customer focused Technical Manager opportunity offers excellent challenge, development and career progression in the Yorkshire area. The business operates within a larger organisation, with all the associated support and infrastructure that you would expect of a successful Group.

The business is seen as a key supplier to a major multiple retailer and you will play a pivotal role in this ongoing partnership. Managing a large Quality, Hygiene and Technical team you will upgrade and maintain company technical systems, work closely with NPD and operational peers to deliver a point of difference for the business. You will be required to challenge existing practises and drive change within the organisation. You will be up to date with the latest legislation guaranteeing all products are produced according to BRC and HACCP regulations.

The Site has a passionate and energetic general manager who is keen to give real accountability to the senior managers of the business. This will lead to personal career progression opportunities.

To be successful in your Technical Manager application, you will need to demonstrate real technical capability in your previous roles, strong management and leadership skills, be educated to degree level and have a credible track record of delivery with the major retailers in the UK.
