Training Officer

Job Description

Have you got supervisory experience and a track record of developing strategic training programmes for a fast paced manufacturing environment? If so, this client would like you to oversee and develop the training requirements of its flexible workforce to maintain high standards for its customers. You will be responsible for a team of skills trainers and for supporting the HR team across induction, on-line and modular training initiatives.
