QA Manager in Lincolnshire

Job Description

Your role will be to work closely with the many production teams for this busy chilled food manufacturing business to ensure quality management systems are adhered to and upgraded. You will be expected to generate a strong quality culture throughout the business through training and CI initiatives. Persuasion and influencing skills are as critical as your QMS, auditing and technical appreciation as this role is about developing technical best practice on an operational scale. Ideally a graduate or with three-five years quality management experience behind you, preferably in a chilled food environment; however, food manufacturing is essential.
