Are you experienced in managing the production, warehousing and despatch operations of a busy chilled food manufacturer? If so, and you are looking for the opportunity to take on more responsibility, this role is worthy of your consideration, as the company is looking for a strong Operations Manager who can help the business meet its very real target of near-exponential growth over the next three to five years. The business has gone through the painful process of restructure and implementing a change management programme and now just requires an inspirational Operations Manager who can capitalise on a motivated workforce eager to be guided to the next level of high performance management. Therefore, the key element of the selection process for this role will focus on your leadership, management and coaching style. Evidence will be sought as to how you have delivered results in the past through inspiring your team to surpass their KPI targets in a pressured environment. Career development is on the cards for the right person within the next two-three years either within the business or its parent company.
