Interim Food Technical Manager

Job Description

This role MAY generate a permanent position but initially you will be required to step into the very able shoes of a Technical Manager going on maternity leave. You will need to be adept at coaching and driving change, and at implementing relevant quality management systems that address a range of product safety and legality prerequisites. You will also need to be at ease dealing directly with the major food retailers and be accustomed to driving forward technical best practice for them across all operations. Internal auditing experience is sought along with effective supplier QA systems management, with your experience gained in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
