Interim HR Officer

Job Description

You will need to be CIPD qualified with a breadth of experience in HR in the manufacturing sector to be considered for this role. Because of the nature of the product (chilled food), this is a very fast paced environment so needs someone who can demonstrate they are accustomed to working calmly and effectively under pressure. You will work closely with the operational team on recruitment programmes as well as T&D and providing guidance to Managers on policy implementation across the generalist HR remit. As this role is to cover for an individual on maternity leave, there is always the chance that it may lead to a permanent appointment but, of course, this is not guaranteed.
